Best Experience by far!!! I arrived this past Saturday at Stateline Chrysler in search of a potential replacement for my previous vehicle. I was greeted by several smiles as o I arrived this past Saturday at Stateline Chrysler in search of a potential replacement for my previous vehicle. I was greeted by several smiles as one other person had mentioned and at the very least felt like I was at a dealership where the employees were just as happy to be there. I was introduced to Paul Holmes who is the salesman that would join me on my new car journey. I was most impressed with Paul's personality and professionalism. I felt that he genuinely was there to help me get exactly what I wanted within his limits. When it came to getting the deal done, he was right beside me for the discussion with the sales manager. He laid the process out completely before we started that step and although I've done this a few times before, I would be in comfort knowing he was by the side of someone else with less experience. As almost odd as this sounds, even if I didn't walk out with a car, I walked out with a friend. Fortunately the deal ended up working out and while I will be completely honest and say there were some kinks along the way which by no means was related to Paul, I can say with an already great experience, I ended up with a great price for the exact car I wanted.....THAT SAME NIGHT!!!! I highly recommend this dealership as they are very pleasant and a great group of individuals. Even more so, If you're looking for someone that will make an honest effort to get to know you and truly make it a personal experience I highly recommend you ask for Paul.
