Your car will break down shortly after you buy it, they will fight you on covering the mechanical failure under the warranty, they will promise to return your car fixed in a few weeks but take TWO MONTHS, and during the process they will magically discover other things that weren't broken that need to be fixed - such as cracked parts and a drained battery. Don't let the nice folks on the lot fool you, your long-term experience with them will be dreadful and costly. Go somewhere else like Hendrick. More

The experience at this dealership was on par with every other exhausting car buying experience I have ever encountered. We had a party to attend so were unable to stay at the dealership for more than the 2.5 hours we spent during the first part of our shopping visit. Just prior to leaving for the party the salesperson and my wife and I shook on a deal on a vehicle that we didn’t even come in looking for (The truck we were looking for mysteriously disappeared from the lot when we got there. We had called 2 times prior to discuss the truck and were told it was there on the lot.) To “secure the handshake agreement, my wife and I made a 500.00 cash deposit for the truck. We returned several hours later (after the party was over) only to find out that the deal had mysteriously changed costing us an additional $28.00 per-month. By this time we were exhausted and ready for the deal to be done. So we did the deal. Our fault, but we won’t ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership again! BEWARE! More

He was informative and helped me learn more about options and packages that were included. I was then referred to Britton, who was exceptional. He helped me find the vehicle I wanted with the options I needed and preferred. He did not try to force or sell me on anything and made sure I was educated with each particular option and package. When I went into the store, I met with Cedric who was definitely helpful with finishing the deal. Sorry to the previous three, but the finance manager I dealt with, Trey, was by far the best employee of any delearship I have ever met. Great guy to work with and not the typical pushy, finance person. He closed the deal quickly and got me on my way. Overall, a fantastic delearship experience that I did not receive anywhere else. Their people ultimately won me over. Highly recommend. More
