After going back and forth on agreeing to a price, we finally came to an agreement over the phone so we made the trip in to sign the paperwork. Once we got there we were told our deal was wrong and they couldn't honor it! After the wasted trip we wrote them off, yet the salesperson still contacted us saying we could make a deal. After hearing what he had to say, he offered the deal we wanted.. on a different car. I was told the car was the same, just had less miles. WRONG! It was older and had less features- they were trying to pull the wool over our eyes. We said thanks but no thanks! Be wary of the dealership.. VERY SHADY employees and unethical managers. Don't waste your time! If I could give 0 stars I would, they don't even deserve 1! More

Do NOT buy from them. You will get a decent price for your car, but you can forget the idea of the car being nice. Your car will break down shortly after you buy it, they w You will get a decent price for your car, but you can forget the idea of the car being nice. Your car will break down shortly after you buy it, they will fight you on covering the mechanical failure under the warranty, they will promise to return your car fixed in a few weeks but take TWO MONTHS, and during the process they will magically discover other things that weren't broken that need to be fixed - such as cracked parts and a drained battery. Don't let the nice folks on the lot fool you, your long-term experience with them will be dreadful and costly. Go somewhere else like Hendrick. More
