It's a given that the nature of her business is to sell me a car but money wasn't the focus. I was the focus! It was about my needs being met! Many dealerships make you feel like ur in a shark tank dressed like a shrimp. This was far from the case at StateLine Auto.. Amanda and the rest of Stateline gets two thumbs up!! Keep up the good work my friends and thanks again for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I stayed because the experience was characterized by one major word: respect. I stepped out of my vehicle into the parking lot and was met with a smile by Tori. She introduced herself as I handed her my keys and announced that I would like her to have it assessed for a trade-in. She happily agreed and began getting the basic information needed to value the car. I love that she carried a pen and pad to take notes. This meant she only had to ask me any question one time. I was prepared with my market research and the "must have list" from my wife, so we quickly discussed our needs and what vehicles we thought would fit our needs best. Tori took down the necessary info for test drives, and we very quickly headed into the lot with several sets of keys. After test driving a new Durango, we checked out a couple of other vehicles. I made an initial decision on a vehicle and we headed inside to work on terms. I have to say, I didn't think Stateline could get me to the payment I needed for that durango... but Britton and Tori did their job well. I narrowed the choice down to two vehicles, the durango and a charger. I eventually settled on a charger at my wife's request. We agreed on the terms quickly after Britton and Tori took the time to discuss in detail the pros and cons of buy vs lease. I ended up with a great lease agreement at a price that didn't kill our budget. The entire process from door to door was quicker than the other two dealership experiences i have had in the past three years. My other lease is up in 2 years. I'll be coming back to see Stateline about another purchase when the time comes. Regards Derek More

The sales staff is very friendly and the finance managers are very helpful and respectful. My only not so likable experience was when I went in to sign all of the paperwork I was basically called an idiot for not wanting to purchase the extra protection plan. Sorry not everybody wants or needs the extra service plan. The warranty really should cover more than 36000 miles for an american vehicle in my opinion. How about standing behind your product so you don't have to try and bully your clientele into purchasing an extra protection plan. Your buying american, you should be buying the best without a doubt.. So in summery, the experience was very well until I stepped into the gentlemen's office where I finalized my purchase.. More

The dealership had a great selection of new cars, and the salesman I worked with did a wonderful job making the experience enjoyable. It took a while to find a salesperson, as most salespeople seemed to ignore me, but eventually Paul Holmes offered to help. Paul did a fantastic job determining what I wanted, and finding a way to achieve my goals. Paul was very easy going and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He left me with the feeling that he genuinely wanted to put me in the car of my dreams at the best possible price. If you go to this dealership ask for Paul! The negotiation process is typical of any car dealership, but if you are honest about your requirements up front and hold strong to your goals, they will do the best they can to negotiate a favorable contract. "Great Experience" Mameni was very professional, soft spoken and made me feel at ease during the entire process. She is also very knowledgeable of the different vehicles Mameni was very professional, soft spoken and made me feel at ease during the entire process. She is also very knowledgeable of the different vehicles on the lot and I know she would not have given up until I found the perfect one for me. She also connected the bluetooth for me which she knew was going to be very important to me. It was a great experience and I will recommend the dealer as well as Mameni to all my family, friends and coworkers. More
Great Experience I first contacted another Jeep dealer in the area only to be put on hold several times with no one from the sales department answering the phone. When I first contacted another Jeep dealer in the area only to be put on hold several times with no one from the sales department answering the phone. When I contacted state line my call was answered and so were the questions I had. I revived a follow up call from a manger to set up an appointment to come to the showroom. Julio my sales person was super friendly and knowledgeable. I also was interested in a tire and rim package and the gentleman that worked in the office on the sales floor walked me around and showed me some options which was way better then trying to decide from the computer in the office. The sales manager Britten was also friendly as he worked on my deal. I purchased the vehicle the next day and am extremely happy with my overall experience. More

Never had a good experience. My husband and I went in to this dealership knowing exactly what we wanted. The sales team found something similar that we agreed upon. It was very My husband and I went in to this dealership knowing exactly what we wanted. The sales team found something similar that we agreed upon. It was very high pressure. The GM was brought over to talk to us and at that point we should have left, it was not an enjoyable experience. We were there late and signed the paperwork for a Jeep that would have to be transferred from another dealership. The finance manager changed his entire attitude when we declined any additional products/warranties. Then the next day we get a call that the Jeep we signed for just the night before was sold the morning before, shouldn't they have known that when we signed? But they have another one, but it would cost several thousands more. No thanks. We got our money back. In their service department, they tried to charge us $600-$700 for leak. We tried to verify that it was under warranty and the repair department was very uncooperative. We took to another dealership and the repair was about $200. I will drive further just so I don't have to go to this dealership. More
