Well my recent experience with this dealership in particular was quite the opposite. From the friendly sales and finance staff, and the always helpful accessory department, all the way to the super nice GM, I really enjoyed my interaction with Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge and would highly recommend them to anyone even remotely considering a new vehicle. Its not very often that you feel like you can put your faith in a dealership. I highly recommend Dan Buddin in Sales. Super friendly, with zero sales pressure. He listened to what was important to me, and worked hard to find the right Jeep. And Allison was very involved with my experience at the dealership from start to finish. And she has personally followed up after the sale and went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy. I highly recommend this dealership in particular. Long wait This was my second experience in getting service on my 2016 Ram purchased at this dealership. First took all morning for oil change and tire rotation. When arriving today in the "quick" lane, I noted 6 cars in front. After a 45 minute wait, no cars had moved. When asked, service rep could give no time estimate. I asked if over an hour and answer was "Oh yes". I left. So much for warranty oil changes. So much for quick lane. More

I set up an appointment via email for this morning. We get there, drive around the lot and find the car we wanted to look at sitting way down back. It was unlocked so we looked while we were there and then looked at a couple more in the back. We then went in to see Jessica (who had set up the appointment with me) Was told she was not there and someone would help us with the car. 20 minutes of waiting because 'they couldn't find the keys in the lock boxes'. Then the salesman asked my husband to show him which car we were looking at. They came back and some other guy then stated that the inventory guy had the key out of state and could they show us a different car? We looked at some and test drove another one. While looking at the storage area of the car, I asked when they would be getting the key to the original car I wanted to look at. Silence. We went in and he wants to run numbers and such without me getting to test drive my original request. I ask again when they would be getting the keys and was told the next day. We get home and I look up the car we had test drove for the mileage and the price is listed at $5000 less than what he was going to charge me for it. We came to the conclusion that they were never interested in selling the original car I asked about. Was told they would have to look. Why isn't that on the quote? Then he says there is fee's too. What are the fee's? I will have to look. At that point I asked for my keys and got out of here. Rip-Off Crew Took my truck in for air bag recalls which dodge wanted done, the a/c was working great that day left truck with them got a call saying need to come g Took my truck in for air bag recalls which dodge wanted done, the a/c was working great that day left truck with them got a call saying need to come get it when I got there the a/c was not blow out the vents it was working but not coming out the vents no more ask the service rep about it and his reply was it wasn't us we didn't touch anything under your dash when they so call replace the passenger air bag in the dash so ask to speak with a manager and they took me to the cashier which had no mechanical experience and her reply was it wasn't us . Have ever felt so rip off in my whole so now I have to get my a/c repair which they mess up so please don't let these crooks get you too! More
Ask about FEES upfront. Went to Stateline because I had seen a used Nissan advertised. Met with a salesman and went for a ride. [Then left again and came back with a "Manager."] The price he then quoted had over $1000 in added fees. That's over four times the national average for "Doc" and other added fees. [Those fees did NOT include the tax.] Imagine going into a store to buy $20 of groceries, and having the clerk at the register charge you $30 because he added $10 in "Register fees." I would not recommend this dealer. More

I keep getting letters from banks saying they could not approve the loan due to the loan exceeding the vehicle's value. I guess that's what they were doing while I spent five hours waiting.
