Low Ball Offer I attempted to trade in my car on a new Ram Rebel. I was offered 8,000 less than it’s value and called a liar by the sales manager when I told him the I attempted to trade in my car on a new Ram Rebel. I was offered 8,000 less than it’s value and called a liar by the sales manager when I told him the options on my car. He walked outside and saw the options but said since the VIN did not show them he couldn’t confirm they actually were on the car. I will never return to this dealer for anything. I had to demand 5 times they give me my keys so I could leave before they stopped trying to tell me the KBB value on my car was wrong and they had the best deal I could get. I called another dealer and site unseen they offered me 5k more than Stateline. More
