Found the Source of the Problem & Fixed It! Had a MIL (P0456) multiple times. Took it to selling dealer in April. They had it for a week; but couldnt get the Code to show after Serv Adv read Had a MIL (P0456) multiple times. Took it to selling dealer in April. They had it for a week; but couldnt get the Code to show after Serv Adv read it with a handheld scanner when I dropped it off. When the MIL re-occurred this month, I took it to StateLine. They not only read the code; but traced the problem to a purge valve and associated switch. No more MIL! While the vehicle was there they also addressed the newly-issued recall U65 and a growl in the drivers seat rail as it moved forward from the Entry/Exit position at engine start. It is so nice to work with experienced professionals! The Serv Mgr (Jerome) and the Serv Adv (Amanda) listened to the history and problem descriptions I gave them and then went and resolved them quickly and efficiently, keeping me in the loop along the way. I am very, very impressed with how organized the Serv Dept has become and how well I was treated as a Customer with a Warranty issue. The Loaner car (2015 Renegade with low miles) was very nice and a pleasure to drive. I was so impressed, I will recommend this model to my three daughters and grandkids, who are in the market for a smaller 4-dr with all wheel drive. More

Excellent. I brought my Jeep Renegade in for routine service last week. Hector was the service associate who assisted me. Very efficient I had a great experience from beginning to end. She even looked up that I had an extended warranty that covered a rental and had it ready for me when I showed up. I was greeted promptly when I arrived for my appointment and walked to my Service Advisor (Amanda). I was on my way with my rental in 30 minutes. Amanda called later in the day to tell me what was wrong with my car and said they’d have it done in about an hour. She researched my warranty info for me and got that squared away. She called back in an hour to let me know it was done. She wasn’t there when I arrived because she was sick (I could tell she had a cold or something) and left a little early, but another gal greeted me promptly and cashed me out and had someone bring my car. I was in and out in less than a day. I had another CJDR dealership do the exact same service on my last Challenger (wheel speed sensor) and they had it 3 days. Stateline put that other dealership to shame today and they will get my business next time. More
