Painful 2.5 hour wait for oil change Took the day off to get my Ram's oil changed, thinking using the Express lane would get me home faster. Wrong. I normally schedule on the web site but it has changed for the worse. Unusable. Now they want you to sit on hold while you wait to talk to a scheduler. Bought the truck here and travel 35 miles each time for maintenance but am rethinking where to get serviced in the future. 2 1/2 hours later I got out of there. More
