Communication Start off with (from what I understood?) had to fix a recall that was already fixed?! Awesome. Had vehicle towed (stranded). Called and told car would probably not be looked at for 9 days! That’s great!! Can’t get rental from warranty co!! Did get a text from Austin stating they would try and get it in after I stated my situation. Day 1 not looked at, day 2 no call all day (Austin out sick) I called at 4:30 pm to see what was up? I got an awesome lady on the phone!!! Ashley!!!!! Very helpful and low and behold told me car had been looked at!! Woohoo. She said they open at 7:30 and I could pick it up. Get there at 7:30 doors locked, couldn’t get in? Finally I saw an employee get in and got in after her. Another nice young man at the pick up desk helped out tremendously!!!! Couldn’t find my car? Paperwork still on a desk somewhere, car parked around the back? Apparently couldn’t put my push button start back in when finishing? Also noticed that employees seem to park by service??? All coned off! Great for customers trying to find places to park! Not Really wish my car didn’t have problems! But apparently Jeep Chrysler have issues and maybe this is why it seems so busy? Anyway don’t like coming there at all! Communication always horrible! And last visit you kept my car 2 days before telling me parts were ordered when I could have been driving it!!!! Customer service doesn’t seem to be high on the service department list More
