We had a lot of confusion in finding the right car under our budget. She was very helpful to ensure that we get the car we like. She ensured that we like the car completely. She provided multiple options . We were very impressed with the way we were treated. Today we decided to check the car again and we met Dan, he was also very supportive and helped us find the right car. We appreciate his work. Finally the manager was also very cooperative! Bought a car. Immediate problems when I left. The buying process went well. However, after we walked out to load up the vehicle the rear lift gate cover came off. They pushed it back in. One of th The buying process went well. However, after we walked out to load up the vehicle the rear lift gate cover came off. They pushed it back in. One of the keys didn't work, battery drained. The salesman told us service was closed amd we could get a new ome on Monday, so we assumed service was closed. We drove down the road and began to feel a constant vibration, only at high speeds and breaking. Not good. When we called to see if we could bring it back to be looked at we were told the service department was closed at 2:30pm and this, too would be handled on Monday. Turns out after some investigating, Service actually closes at 6pm, so we could have had both issues handled without having to come back from 45 min away on a Monday, which is a work day for me as well. We had someone else look at it since the car was shaking, and it turns out the tires were used, never rotated and balanced, and the rotars were really bad. The window tint was also not going to pass inspection where we live in NC, they should have corrected this. The oil was not changed. I know that cars should be inspected and put through a service before they are supposed to be sold. This does not seem to be the case. I hope this draws some attention. My rating is currently a 2, it was a 5 prior to these immediate issues, just after we bought it. Depending on how this is handled will determine the future rating of this review and any further recommendations. We also called days ahead of time letting them know we were going to purchase it. My trade was in great shape and had no issues, a car I purchase should be in the same condition at least. This should have been fixed before hand. I hope they do what it takes to make it right. More
