Please be aware when purchasing tires from them. In November 2017 I purchased two tires that were two years old and was not informed of the age when I made the purchase. Two years later those same tire November 2017 I purchased two tires that were two years old and was not informed of the age when I made the purchase. Two years later those same tires have dry rotted and I have to replace them. I went to them about this and they brought out the foreman and told me to my face the tires were not dry rotted. I was literally dismissed as if I didnt know what I was talking about. I paid to have the tires inspected by Classic Chrysler, who initially informed me of the dry rot. So I decided to get a 3rd, 4th and 5th opinion. I went to Discount tires, PEP Boys and NTB who all told me that the tires are indeed DRY ROTTED. I feel like I was duped and that I didn't get the max life out of my tires. Lesson learned, always check the manufacturer's date on tires when purchasing new! More

A lil honesty please Started shopping for a specific Jeep. Was told at the sister store that they didn't have what I was looking for, but did at their overflow lot. An older model was brought over from Stateline to the dealer I was at. After shopping around, called Stateline to find out if they had new model of the Jeep on their lot. We were excitedly told they had 2! Got there not long after after calling about very specific vehicle. Salesperson took time appraising my car and getting numbers together (still haven't seen car came to look at). After about 1/2 hour, was told that the Jeep was not there. We explained where we had come from, and why we were there. 2 seconds later manager comes over and tells us the car IS there, it was a very big overflow lot in the back, to just give them time to pull it up. After waiting about 20 minutes and giving the benefit of the doubt, asked for the keys back to my car. Was told by the manager that the Jeep is there, but the KEYS are at the sister store we just came from! So the car was not coming from "overflow lot" it was in fact coming from the other store. All we customers willing to drop 40 grand on a vehicle ask for is for a little honesty.... More
