My first phone call to set up a appointment was just a slight delay because of the coronavirus they were closed for two days for cleaning. I was able to get back in touch with them within 48 hours to set up a very easy appointment with a service employee that I’ve been using for two years. He’s the only gentleman I let look at my car. I just had to have a smoke test done. And everything turned out to be positive so they were no issues. He also suggested my car had a recall. So we got to take a look at that and there was no issue there either. So everything turned out perfectly with no charge. The dealership was very clean I actually did wait in the waiting room and there were gentleman in there cleaning quite a few times while I’ve weighed it was very comfortable everybody was very polite. I would suggest Kris in the service department! More

I always receive excellent service bringing my Jeep in for services. This time many KUDOS to Hector! He was very professional and most knowledgeable in answering any questions. Do NOT purchase a car from Stateline. I bought a used car and they took advantage of me. They sold me a car with structural damage and over priced. I've been a customer of Stateline Jeep for the last six years. I own a Jeep SRT and Jeep Summit. I've been working with Amanda Lee in service. She has always gone above and beyond to address all my service years. I own a Jeep SRT and Jeep Summit. I've been working with Amanda Lee in service. She has always gone above and beyond to address all my service needs. I recently purchased new tires which make my jeep feel amazing on the road. I also had new breaks replaced on the summit. It's assuring knowing my family is safe after it's been serviced at stateline. Amanda provided the rebate documentations as well as saved us money on the additional services we needed. Their service department is really great. I would highly recommend this jeep dealership. More

Hector was fine to get my service completed...I would give him a 10. My low rating is because of the overall experience in the dealership: the technicians were not there even though my appointment was at give him a 10. I would only recommend this dealer because the oil change team at Classic in Pineville is pretty incompetent. More
Use caution when buying a car from this dealership. The original sales person was not friendly or helpful. We drove down from Mooresville to purchase a 2015 Navigator. Then the sales person that we ended up working with (different than who we had been speaking to on the phone) we spoke with there was arrogant and rude. We were sold a car that I had to put $1000 into it immediately (2 hours after driving it off the lot) for a faulty secondary water pump that was faulting our sensors and causing shuddering while accelerating which would have shown on their diagnostics that they would have pulled when getting the used vehicle on the lot. The mechanic I worked with said this was a pre-existing condition that would have absolutely shown up on their end and should have been corrected before selling. I called to speak with the GM or GM of Sales, which neither would call me back. They they had the same arrogant sales person call me back to let me know the car was sold ‘as is.’ I get the concept of selling as is but when we got into the car to do a test drive, it was in empty and we were told it would need to be a short drive so we wouldn’t have been able to accelerate to find the issue unless we would have been able to get on the interstate or out of the congested area where the dealership is located. It was all very calculated and crooked. More
