Having issues with my Jeep (2021 Wrangler). Dealership I purchased it from is over 30 miles away. Called and they literally told me they would not service my vehicle that I need to take it back to w I purchased it from is over 30 miles away. Called and they literally told me they would not service my vehicle that I need to take it back to where I bought it. It is "new" and most certainly in warranty and I should be able to take it to any Jeep dealership. So, had I moved from another State would they make me go back to get it looked at? Rude lady in the service department could have cared less. Neither of my Jeeps will ever go to this dealership again nor will I ever purchase anything from here. More

Service was AMAZING! Easily scheduled The service appointment online, A service advisor met me as soon as I pulled up and explained the entire procedure to me. My car was promised at 10:15 and was re appointment online, A service advisor met me as soon as I pulled up and explained the entire procedure to me. My car was promised at 10:15 and was ready to go and only 30 minutes and I was out the door at 10:04.! The customer lounge at the service department was clean and welcoming and provided space for social distancing. Highly recommend stateline!!! More
