Awful customer service I leased a 2019 Jeep latitude 4 months ago. Someone hit my car when it was parked and I had to towed it to this dealership. The parts to get fixed arr I leased a 2019 Jeep latitude 4 months ago. Someone hit my car when it was parked and I had to towed it to this dealership. The parts to get fixed arrived 1 month later. Every time I called for the status of my Jeep everyone had a different story and I find get any follow up call back within the same day. Shawn the service manager really needs customer service training. Also I was denied a loaner service car... “like it was my fault the Part I needed was not made yet”.... the driver that brought me home my car after it was fixed godt mad at me because He was in a rush and needed to be home and didn’t wanted to wait for me to confirm with once again ShawnI whom I was on the phone with.... the driver believe it or not left with my car “ driving like a maniac and speeding.... I called SHawn again to make the driver come back with my car and guess what SHawn do: NOTHING. I was very very upset with the service. I ended up finding a ride to pick up my Jeep that night and it was around closing time...... when I got there SHAWN didn’t even came acrosss me! Till today I’m still waiting for the towing refund that Shawn from customer service promised me..... I had an awful experience at this place. I work in the medical field and I’ve been telling everyone I know not to go to this place..... once you sing the contract with them your screw.....so please let this review open your eyes and don’t go there. More
Poor communication and lack of answers I have brought my Jeep in for 2 alignments and it still isn’t right. Also have been waiting on an answer on them fixing an issue with my headlights an I have brought my Jeep in for 2 alignments and it still isn’t right. Also have been waiting on an answer on them fixing an issue with my headlights and keep getting a run around on how they “don’t know what they are going to do yet”. I’ve only had this vehicle for 3 weeks and wish I had purchased one from another dealer that actually stands behind their word and not one that tells you what you want to hear so you will do business with them and then gives you a run around. More

Amazing experience at Stateline Jeep! I had an awesome experience at Stateline Jeep with Walix. I came in excited looking for an upgrade and from the beginning Walix was helpful and attent I had an awesome experience at Stateline Jeep with Walix. I came in excited looking for an upgrade and from the beginning Walix was helpful and attentive and worked with me the entire time to Get me into the perfect car for me. I went from a compass to a Grand cherokee and Walix assisted in showing me all the things I didn’t even know I needed in my upgrade, which was very helpful. All of the managers and salesmen were kind and I had an overall fantastic experience at Stateline. Walix was extremely professional and worked with me all night in order to get me what I needed and as a result I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and enjoyed my time spent at Stateline CDJR! More
