Second Purchased Vehicle in 6 Days! I came in last Saturday to purchase a Wrangler. My son brought me in on Wednesday to sign the papers and we decided to trade in his vehicle for a Jeep I came in last Saturday to purchase a Wrangler. My son brought me in on Wednesday to sign the papers and we decided to trade in his vehicle for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Antone was so great with my Wrangler, I wanted his expertise to purchase my 2nd Jeep in 6 days! Thanks Antone for EVERYTHING! You are truly the best! More
Good car. Bad service. Given the price paid for the vechile, the level of service provided by both the sales department and service departments should have been of much high Given the price paid for the vechile, the level of service provided by both the sales department and service departments should have been of much higher quality. The vehicle was not ready in a timely manner, despite assurances given by the dealership. I would not recommend anyone do business with this dealer. I certainly would not do it again. More

A great recall visit I saw I had a recall on my Jeep wrangler, so I called to try and get an appointment, and to my surprise I was able to get an appointment the day after I saw I had a recall on my Jeep wrangler, so I called to try and get an appointment, and to my surprise I was able to get an appointment the day after next and it only took an hour! Compared to the dealership I bought the Jeep at where I was looking at three weeks out and taking a whole day before I could get my car back. I had the privilege to talk to the manager and he was extremely nice and fun to talk to. Stateliness is highly recommend!! More

AWFUL customer service. Jeffrey Boyer was so rude and clearly doesn’t care about customers. He seemed annoyed to have to be working. He had an attitude right off the bat and didn’t want to answer any questions even ‘huffing and puffing’ and rushing us. I got the keys to my Jeep went outside and there was a plastic object sitting on my seat. Seemed to be a piece of my car. We went back inside to ask Jeff what it was. He huffed once again, visibly annoyed, and rolled his eyes saying “it’s probably nothing” went in the back to the mechanics and us at the service desk could hear him clearly cursing and he was SO loud. The man to our right even said “what’s his problem.” The mechanic came out and said it was a piece of the front of my Jeep near the vent (not even sure why this was taken off) but he fixed it for me and he was more pleasant to deal with, but again I spoke to him for maybe 20 seconds. When I cashed out and paid- the woman I dealt with even had NO personality. Acknowledging people and saying “have a good day” goes a long way. I’m not sure her name but she had dark hair pulled back and long straight pieces of hair that hung down in the front of her face almost covering it and I believe glasses. I’ve been to Somerset Jeep with old staff and this experience was BY far my worst, I’ve never experienced anything like this but again I haven’t been within the year. I know things have changed there and it’s a new brand. I won’t be back and have already told multiple people about this. I will not recommend this location to anyone. I suggest getting more friendly and helpful staff. Maybe people who care about being at work. More
