Best buying experience ever! Went in last Saturday just to browse around, without any intentions of purchasing a vehicle. I usually hate the car buying experience, but Tom Medeiro Went in last Saturday just to browse around, without any intentions of purchasing a vehicle. I usually hate the car buying experience, but Tom Medeiros (sales) and Mike Richards (General Sales Manager) made it an exceptional and pleasant experience. I thought I would end up driving up and down from dealer to dealer, negotiating, boy was I wrong! not only did Tom and Mike went out of their way to earn my business, they made everything simple and enjoyable and made sure I didn't waste my time with the competition. Not planed, but I ended up purchasing my dream car... with even more extras that what I expected to get thanks to them! I love my Wrangler Sahara! not only did they earned my business, they also earned my respect. Without a question, next time I decide to purchase a vehicle, I'm going back to see Tom and Mike! More

Inexperienced service department Been in for the same problem multiple times and no results, they never even recommended a tune up from new to over 150k miles! (Should of had 5 by now Been in for the same problem multiple times and no results, they never even recommended a tune up from new to over 150k miles! (Should of had 5 by now) don't waste your time and money they are useless! Who knows what damage results from their incompetence. They can't even put an engine shroud on properly even after pointing it out! The worst experience ever dealing with a service department and now they lose another long time customer who was and has been willing to work with them to correct this issue, they don't even offer any ideas. Totally unacceptable! More

Incompentence and lies Wow. Where do I begin? Brought my car in on 1/17 because I had the check engine light on and the codes said it was a cylinder misfire. They said it wa Wow. Where do I begin? Brought my car in on 1/17 because I had the check engine light on and the codes said it was a cylinder misfire. They said it was the valve cover gasket and the spark plug seals causing an oil to leak. Spent over $700 it have it "fixed". Less than a month later, my change oil comes on 2000+ miles before its due. There's a place right next to my work so I bring it there so I don't have to change my work schedule. They tell me its still leaking oil. I go back to Stateline, and they find yeah, its still leaking oil and tell me is the vacuum pump, another $800 in repairs. So either the wrong thing was fixed the first time, or they didn't know what they were doing. Also get told, the timing belt needs to be replaced. Why that wasn't mentioned at the first visit I don't know. But whatever. So, I get the oil issue fixed, and make an appointment for the timing belt. I mad the appointment Wednesday for Saturday. I drop it off Friday afternoon. I get a call Saturday saying, "Yeah we have to order the part, it won't be in until Tuesday". Why they xxxx wouldn't you have ordered it Wednesday when I made the appointment knowing exactly what was needed? Or told me when I made the appointment you would need to order it? Tuesday comes and they call me and say "we didn't get all the parts". Well since there was only one part, you didn't get THE part. I call them Wednesday and I am told it will be ready that afternoon. I leave work early to get my car. Get up there, and they say, "we called you, there was a delay it won't be ready until tomorrow". Um, no. Nothing in my call log from you. Nice try. So I left work early for nothing. Finally, picked my car up the next day and supposedly its "fixed", but I have no confidence it is. More
Service department I went in to get an inspection sticker. We talked with Mark about the inspection sticker issue. As of yesterday the machine was giving out February st I went in to get an inspection sticker. We talked with Mark about the inspection sticker issue. As of yesterday the machine was giving out February stickers in March which was a statewide problem. I asked if it was fixed yet and he told me he did not do an inspection today, so he did not know if it was fixed. I sat in the waiting room for one hour. I heard someone tell Mark that the door won’t open at the suburu dept. He then came out and told me, he cannot do the inspection sticker due to the machine still giving out February stickers. I told him, that according to the ma inspection website, I can have it fixed, so I do not mind having the February sticker. He then told me, the garage door is broke so he can’t do it. I said, thank you for making me wait an hour to let me know you can’t do it. He gave me my keys and I left. I went to Norwest Auto down the street. He took the car right in, did the inspection and put a March sticker on the car! Needless to say, my time was wasted, I was lied to and their service is awful. When I went in I asked about scheduling an oil change for another date and about car detailing. Neither of them were scheduled or talked about again. I also said that since my last oil change there, my car shakes when I am on the highway switching lanes. He told me he didn’t have time to deal with that today. I’ll avoid going there for services on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from now on. More

worse service aviod Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost especially if you have to deal with Mark . Took my 2017 Grand Cherokee here for repairs and worst experience Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost especially if you have to deal with Mark . Took my 2017 Grand Cherokee here for repairs and worst experience ever. The only good part of this service department is Shawn in service and Jeff a technician and this by no means reflects their customer service at all, they are top notch. After having the GC looked at and identifying the issues caused in a accident I let Mark know i will be contacting my insurance company to discuss coverage, let him know the same day an adjuster will be coming out to look at the damage. Mark authorized the repairs on the vehicle before the adjuster had come out and threw away the parts because "he couldn't keep it on the lift" even knowing the adjuster was coming to look at it and not to do any work on the vehicle until then, which ended up with me stuck with the bill. The work preformed didn't even repair the vehicles main issue because the tech "couldn't here the noise. However after taking a drive with another tech who immediately said " I cant see how no one heard that" it was identified to need an additional $2400 in repairs. and after $1300 for the unauthorized work I was told "its process of elimination" by Don the service manager. Since when do you through parts at the wall and see if it repairs the problem? Isn't that why there is a $125 diagnostic fee? To further the wonderful experience they some how managed to damage the front windshield and tried to tell me it was just the window tint that was done on the outside, then after showing there was no int on the out side, they tried to tell me its the clear film on the outside.... Hu!!!!!!! After they finally agreed to replace the window, there have been 3 separate appointments confirmed with Mark the window is still not replaced and they refuse to reimburse me for the replacement tint on the window So long story short, unless you want to be scammed out of money, have your vehicle damaged by the dealership, deal with incompetent people like Mark, have a sales Managers lie to you avoid this place. Its a shame that people operate like this. More

He & his manager went on a hunt for hours trying to find me a car that would fit my picky needs. A car came up that fit our needs but once Walix picked it up he noticed something was wrong with it and told us he wouldn’t sell us a lemon and the car never came into his lot. The hunt continued & tonight I drove home in a new to my Cherokee and I couldn’t be happier! More
