I contacted multiple people there on the phone and in person and they all sent me to the next person to later find that out they would not replace the missing headrests. They said it was out of the 90 day warranty and were not responsible any longer for the missing equipment. More

Went to another reputable dealer with qualified personnel and diagnosis was positive and repair was done under warranty. Stay away from Somerset Jeep service. Service Manager David Kelly has no clue, so does Josh Service Advisor. Michael Jagolinzer you need to hire competent qualified personnel in their field. More

Disheartened and will not return after 20 years here I bought my first JEEP Wrangler here in 1999 and have since purchased or leased 4 other vehicles from Somerset Chrysler/JEEP. All of the purchases I bought my first JEEP Wrangler here in 1999 and have since purchased or leased 4 other vehicles from Somerset Chrysler/JEEP. All of the purchases as well as the service were excellent until this last car (a 2015 JEEP Renegade). From the start my brand new Renegade had electrical problems. I brought it in twice within the first 5 months and the service center replaced several items related to dashboard issues ( I was told). 8 months into the lease the car was still lurching forward around corners so much that it became dangerous to drive. I brought the Renegade back in to service and they decided that it needed a brand new transmission (crazy...but I could no longer drive it without fear). The dealership reluctantly gave me a loaner car and my Renegade was in service for over 3 weeks. Once I finally got it back it drove only slightly better but still had issues accelerating (as well as turning left into traffic). Often a yellow light would pop up on the dash "alerting" me that it was dangerous road conditions (on dry road) and the car would near stall. The Renegade still to this day lurches backward when I put the car in reverse. And at least once per month my radio just freezes on the station and I must stop shut the car completely off for it to reset itself. I've called and reported this to service and was told to "bring it in and we will check it". I simply got exhausted from spending hours waiting in service while they continued to weed through these seemingly endless electrical issues. Never any apologies on the condition of this brand new car. Last week I brought the car in for an oil change and to have a tire patched (and was told I needed 4 new tires for $849). I explained to the Service Tech that it was a lease...and I have had nothing but problems with it and to now replace 4 tires seemed absurd. I walked over to the Sales Center and explained the situation figuring that I would simply turn the lease in early (by 10 months) as it had been nothing but problems and that was the LEAST that the dealership could considering the circumstances of all I had been through with this car. Having been with them for almost 20 years I never expected the treatment I received in the showroom. What transpired next was the most disheartening part as I was told by Sales Person "Angel" that unless I had at least $3000 to put down they could not even think about working with me. To say I was appalled at the way I was treated is a mild understatement. I left that day upset (considering all I had been through with this car) not realizing that the service crew never returned my tire lock key to the glove compartment. Today while waiting at another tire store to have 4 new tires put on the car (at only 40,000 miles and at less than HALF the price quoted me at Somerset JEEP) I was told that the key was missing. Upon calling Somerset JEEP service to find out where it was (as they had it last) they put me on hold for 10 minutes then came back to the phone to ask when I would pick it up. AGAIN, no apology. No "sorry for your inconvenience" as I drove from the Seekonk/East Providence line all the way back to Somerset to get the key they never returned to my car. The Service Tech handed me the key once I got there and said "here you go"....Again NO apology...nothing. Livid at this CONTINUED lack of customer care from both Sales and Service I asked to speak to a manager to which a man named "Rick" came out and told me he had only been on the job for 3 months and he "was sorry" and here was a gift card for $20 off an oil change. Needless to say I left the Dealership in an exasperated state wondering after 20 years (and 5 cars) at this dealership why my business was worth only $20?! I will not return there for service. I will not return my lease there. And I will not recommend Somerset Chrysler JEEP to anyone anymore. Ever. I am completely disheartened and sad as I had previously thought so much of this dealership.... Sad. And NO way to run a business. More
Awful Customer Experience! Purchased a brand new car from this dealership. I was told the car had features it did not have. After going to the manager(s) with this information t Purchased a brand new car from this dealership. I was told the car had features it did not have. After going to the manager(s) with this information they did nothing. Basically told me I should have done my research and what the salesman said didn't matter. Additionally the car had rust under both wheel wells. I was told this we just surface rust and again they would not be doing anything to fix the issue. This is a brand new 2017 Dodge Challenger. I would highly recommend you do business elsewhere. My experience with the dealership has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. Hope this review helps you make your new car buying decisions! More

It's now 2 years later with 20,000 miles on it and it's been damaged by the service center during oil changes. Brought it back and offered 13k for trade in after denying all responsibility. STAY AWAY! General manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me. Why buy a brand new car and have it dealer services when they are going to damage it. PLENTY OF OTHER DEALERS IN THE AREA. More

I called Somerset and the sales associate that answered the phone was Angel Vicente. I gave him the stock number I was interested in and asked if the price I saw on the internet was the price I would get. He stated that the price included a military rebate(500.00) which he inquired if I would qualify for. I told him that I had visited 2 other dealerships that listed "discounts" of 2K -3K and when I got there none of them applied and if I came there and this wasn't the price I would be very unhappy. He assured me it was so I made the trip. I brought my trade with me and we negotiated a fair trade value which I was satisfied with. All of the people I met with there were professional and not pushy at all. They were willing to negotiate to make the sale. Lou Vellucci was great as well. I purchased the car that day. I have purchased 12 cars in the past 20 yrs and this experience ranks at the top. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends More

I was emailed specific payments and rates so that I could be in and out as efficiently as possible. I am 9 months pregnant and am looking to replace my jeep. I made sure to triple check with the "Sales Associate" to be sure that these rates were locked. I was told yes pending final bank approval. 1 day later, I arrived for my appointment only to be handed off to the real Sales Associate. Apparently she makes her money scheduling appts. After spending 2 hours there I was told that I was approved for half of what I needed to purchase the car. When I asked about the obvious mix up, I was told that if she emailed me what I said she emailed me, it's illegal to do so. I forwarded all of those emails to the GM and yet she still works there. They also took a deposit from me which they have yet to refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. More
