10 yrs of service... no major issues Both Jeff and Josh at the service desk are very helpful. The technicians (ie mechanics) seem to be very capable. Feb 2009 and 2018 Pacifica Limited, Dec 2017) have been with other Chrysler dealerships. I gave them the specs and the price I wanted to pay, but they were $3000 over.
