Good but need to improve their telephone service Was hung up on three times calling to make an appointment until I told the operator not to transfer me unless someone was able to help me. Sunroof repair Brought my Jeep Renegade in for leaking sunroofs. They told me 2 new panels needed to be ordered and they would call me when they came in. 2 weeks lat Brought my Jeep Renegade in for leaking sunroofs. They told me 2 new panels needed to be ordered and they would call me when they came in. 2 weeks later still had not heard from them. Went by after trying to call them 3 times and kept getting their answering machine. I was told my parts had been in for over a week. When I asked why I was never called the man replied I don't know I was not the person assigned to your job. So much for customer satisfaction... now almost 4 weeks later my jeep is going in to be fixed. More
