Poor service The problem i have with this dealership is the people that schedule appointments for service and recall work are not the service people it’s another d The problem i have with this dealership is the people that schedule appointments for service and recall work are not the service people it’s another department. The women scheduled me for a 7:30am appointment on a Saturday to take care of a transmission recall, the service department doesn’t open until 8am. Then after waiting a half hour for them to open I sat there for another half hour after checking in truck to be told they never ordered the parts for the recall. So i wasted a hour of my Saturday morning and now i have to go back again once they order the parts for the recall. More

I talked to the lady about what I wanted and didn't want in the Jeep and she told me that she checked inventory at their warehouse and that they had what I wanted and could deliver it to Stateline Somerset in time for me to test drive it on my way home from work. I stopped by and was told that no such jeep was there and when they checked inventory they told me no such Jeep exist. They then tried to sell me whatever they had on the lot, even offering me a Sahara model because it was the color I wanted. If they don't know the difference between a Sahara and a Rubicon than they need new salespeople. When they lie to you, and I high-pressure you to buy something you don't want, they are a dealership to avoid. More

3 Years with the same issue! I bought my Ram "New off the lot" with an extended warranty and have an issue with 1 tire and rim constantly losing air. We have had it "tested" for leaks, new beads around the rim, changed the sensor. 3 years later still telling them about it with no results. The last time was Tuesday 9/28, again with no finding. It was suggested that I contact Chrysler Corp to see what can be done. NOT SATISFIED! More
