Almost 2 weeks in and my vehicle is still unregistered I came in and picked out a 2011 Rouge. I was happy with my vehicle! The finance guy, LJ, was very knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal. My sales guy Mike informed me it’d be a couple of days before the registration could be completed due to a new law with RI residents purchasing cars in Mass. I requested a rental so that I wasn’t left unable to get around, that was done. About 1 week later my sales guy asked me if I wanted to return the rental (it was a Thursday) and pick up my car. I explained that as long as my car was being registered within the 72 hours then I would. Mike suggested bringing it Friday but still has no date set for the DMV run. On Friday Mike said my car would be registered Tuesday or Wednesday so I returned the rental Monday and picked up my car. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went, no registration. Here it is Thursday evening and I’ve yet to receive a single call back from Damon, the person Mike threw me off too. Needless to say I’ll NEVER refer this place to anyone. More

Oil change terrible I went in for oil change and the next day it was leaking oil all over my driveway all under my truck was oil all over it they sent a tow truck cleaned I went in for oil change and the next day it was leaking oil all over my driveway all under my truck was oil all over it they sent a tow truck cleaned up the truck and called and said it was all set then I had to find ride to get truck again it was a terrible service and tow truck driver said the oil was way over full. I go there because it is a dealership I bought it at you would think I get better service but I pay a lot of money for oil change and it ends up like that. More

Went there on a Friday night after hours greeted by Walix Dexaus who seen us looking around immediately tried to help us locate a Jeep from online ev Went there on a Friday night after hours greeted by Walix Dexaus who seen us looking around immediately tried to help us locate a Jeep from online even though they were closed he stated as soon as they open he would call us. 8:30am we received the call he located the used jeep we were interested in set up a time to meet ended up changing our mind numerous times with old vs new two door vs four he was patient with us and we were there like 4-5 hours with two kids and finally settled on brand new four door wrangler!! A few mishaps during paperwork as we had priced four vehicles but they made the offer work! More

Can’t fix it. I have owned this car 2 weeks and it has been in the shop for 7 of them for the same repair. Still not 100. 2x for the seat adjustment. I’ve asked 3 times to have the rug on the passenger side fixed. It is hanging totally off under the dash and has fallen on top of the foot area exposing all the wires it covers. Now it has an indicator light on saying the running lights are not working. I was going to lease a new Jeep but decided to go with a slightly used, could be certified ( if I wanted to toss down additional cash). I was under the impression it was a certified used car. But the dealer said they would certify it IF I purchased an extended warranty.! Seems shady . More
