Need to improve customer service Brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee to get serviced. Had an issue with my cylinder heads lifting. The service technician was great so was the service desk attendant. His name is Mark Salisbury. Mark went above and beyond to make my visit and experience there worth while. However, whoever is responsible for answering the phones needs some serious professional development. There were times when I called the service department and was put on hold for 10-15 minutes. After the 15 minute wait they would hang up on me. At times I was transferred to the Subaru department instead of the Jeep department. Very frustrating... Nevertheless, they did a good job on my Grand Cherokee. More
