Purchased a pre owned 2019 Kia Optima. It was a great experience. My sales person Tiffany was excellent, from the moment I walked in the door she was very honest, upfront, and respectful, and made the wh experience. I never felt pressured and they worked a great deal for me. Working with Tiffany my salesperson, Wayne the sales manager, and Blake in finance was fantastic. They were all very upfront and honest. I was impressed with the entire process from start to finish. If your looking to buy a vehicle, go to this dealership, definitely ask for Tiffany, she is awesome and she has a great team that works with her. Thank you all so much! More

This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. Our salesman wasn't knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't seem all too interested in selling the car, which made sense when we found out he does Our salesman wasn't knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't seem all too interested in selling the car, which made sense when we found out he doesn't even usually work at this dealership. We decided to purchase anyway because we thought we were getting a good deal on the vehicle and our trade-in. The finance officer was rude and pushy. We had questions about the details of the loan, what was covered, etc. and he became very frustrated, telling us he had other clients to get to and that "we should have figured that out with the salesman." Again, should have walked then but we decided to purchase the vehicle. Because it was a used vehicle (30k), we opted for the extended 2 year warranty - Good thing we did. The vehicle had to be brought back to the dealership for the same issue at least 3-4 times. Every time we did this we needed a rental which was always a nightmare trying to work out. To top it all off, the car began to show signs of rust on one of the rear wheel wells in June of 2020. We were told they would have to take pictures and send them into the manufacturer. After calling multiple times (I was always told someone would call me back to let me know what was going on - no one ever did) and even bringing the car in for MORE necessary service, I was told that the manufacturer had determined the rust was unusual and caused by outside forces or events. It took this dealership 6 months to take the pictures, submit it, and relay that info - just to tell me that there's nothing more they can do. I have never once been happy when dealing with this dealership. It's now almost 2 years later, 7-8 service appoints, and a rusting vehicle that still has payments on it. They genuinely just don't make the effort. Avoid buying a car at this dealership and take your business somewhere else - you will surely be let down. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. More
I made an appointment this Monday to go and take a look a 2015 Jeep Wrangler today (Wednesday) that I saw online. Even that my appointment was confirm by a text message the same day. Today I drove for 40 minutes from my house to the dealership just to find out that the Jeep I was interested in was not available for test drive because somebody put a deposit to hold the Jeep, which I assumed the deposit was made days in advance. Then a nice salesman told me that in the meantime I can take a look at the Jeep and asked me to wait a few minutes to see if the person that was “buying” the Jeep will qualify or not, and if that was the case, then I could test drive it. So, at the end the nice salesman made me wait around 2 hrs to “see if the deal goes through or not”. I’m very disappointed that nobody had the courtesy to call me today either to confirm my appointment or to let me know that if I was planning on going that the Jeep was not going to be available for a test drive or even to talk about the possibility to buy it, because it was “on hold” thanks to the deposit. So, I have to say that there is a lack of communication between departments to provide a great customer service, which by the way I think it sucks because of that lack of communication. The funny part is that at 6 pm (2 hrs, after my appointment scheduled at 4 pm) a lady called me to ask me if I was going to see the Jeep at the dealership hahahaha, that is when I lost it and told her that the customer service sucks because they made me waste 2 hrs of my time for NOTHING 😡😡. That could easily be prevented if they really care about providing a great customer service experience. In conclusion, I will never going back again or even think on making business with this dealership. So, if you decide to go and check out a car, truck, or Jeep there, because you “have an appointment” be willing to waste 2+ hours of your time. They don’t really appreciate the client or our business. More
I called about a brand-new truck to check if it is still in the inventory. They said yes! 30 minutes later, I arrived to dealership, and they told me that car was sold yesterday. Then, they offered me ano in the inventory. They said yes! 30 minutes later, I arrived to dealership, and they told me that car was sold yesterday. Then, they offered me another one in the lot, and then it turned out to be a demo car, 2400 miles on it, and they tried to sell it as a brand new car. Apparently ownership of this dealership has changed. Beware! and stay away! More

Went in for a 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona on July 11th. Everything seemed seamless and we finalized the paperwork. I drove from NY to get it and they said I wasn’t able to drive with it the same day. For some reason they weren’t able to get temporary license plates or registration. However they said it would take 2-4 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks now and I call to ask an update and I get no respond or answer. Once they picked up they apologized for the inconvenience and said they had no update. Upset with the lack of communication and poor response time. More
