Oil change and more Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change (they always top of all the fluids too) and tire rotation. Found out in I was in desperate need of tire Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change (they always top of all the fluids too) and tire rotation. Found out in I was in desperate need of tires (which of course needed a wheel alignment) and my engine and cabin filter needed to be replaced. The tires needed to be ordered and would be there the following day, so I set up an appointment to get that done. After mounting the tires on and the realignment the technician took the vehicle out for a test drive and he felt the wheels were not properly aligned. They realigned them and the 2nd test drive was good! As you can imagine, this all took time and Paul, the service rep, gave me 40% off my bill!! He also took the time to explain everything my vehicle needed as well as the cost for each item. More
