Saw it, Drove it, Bought it. Positive experience from start to finish. First contact was with Internet Specialist Tracy MacAuslan. Given excellent directions and was able to reschedule my appointment because of traffic on 24/6. Greeted by Sales Specialist Walix Dexaus when I arrived. Very pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. I was shown and test drove the specific vehicle that I had come a long way to see. After tough but fair negotiation with Joe the Sales Manager aided by Walix Dexaus, we reached an agreement that included my trade-in. Looking forward to taking possession of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee after the dealership runs the necessary paperwork to New Hampshire and back. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in Greater Boston and the surrounding area. More

Great Deal, Great Salesman, But I received a very good deal on a new 2019 Ram 1500 and also was given the amount I was looking for on my trade. If you do your homework on the car yo I received a very good deal on a new 2019 Ram 1500 and also was given the amount I was looking for on my trade. If you do your homework on the car you are looking for, and your trade, you should be able to get a good deal at Stateline. Robert, my salesman, was a true professional and a gentleman in every way. Over the years I have purchased many new cars at various dealerships and not once did Robert use any of the typical salesman tactics. He was straight forward and honest. A trait that is very rare in the car business. Damon, the sales manager, was also very helpful in the purchase process. Why did I only give 3 stars? 1. The dealership has very limited parking. Finding a parking space is a challenge with cars parked everywhere. 2. Everytime I came in to the dealership I spent hours on things that should have been taken care of much sooner. I have never spent this much time in any dealership. The problems are with how the dealership is managed. Robert, my salesman, did the best he could under how the dealership was organized. Robert deserves 5 stars, but the dealership gets only 2 or 3 for the poor organization. Yes, I received a good deal. But, The time it took to complete this deal was excessive. More

the worst expeiance leasing I have ever had it took over 3 hours to finalize the signing of the vehicle, the payments I was quoted was not what I was told at signing by plus $60.00 month until I it took over 3 hours to finalize the signing of the vehicle, the payments I was quoted was not what I was told at signing by plus $60.00 month until I said no deal then had to settle on $4.00 a month more due to the sales manger failing to calculate the taxes difference from MA and RI. The vehicle was not properly detailed, dirty windows, and uncleaned exterior. When I requested they take the wheel lock from my trade in my new lease I was told they would have to charge me to do that. When I got home I discovered they registered my temporary tags to my trade in and not my new leased vehicle, said they emailed the corrected tag to me but it was to the wrong email address after I corrected that during the transaction. The communications between the salesman the sales manager and the finance manger was in disarray. I have lased and purchased many vehicles in my time but have never regretted having dealt with dealerships until this one. Very disappointed do not recommend anyone going there and will not go there for service. More
