She asked me if I would like to make an appointment at my earliest convenience, which I did. Now I knew about 1 of the recalls, but did not receive the other notices until the day after the services were performed. This is also when I found out that the app for the Ram toolbox was upgraded and when I did that 1 of the recalls was there. Talk about timing. The new service rep, Sean was very helpful. More

This was the best experience I've had actually when purchasing a new car. It was also one of the fastest experiences. It started Monday night when I walked in with some questions and ended Tuesday night when I walked out having signed all the paperwork for my new Jeep. I do have to say, on the first day when I walked in wearing ripped jeans, an oversized flannel and a tee shirt, I did feel like I wasn't being taken seriously, and it took the third or fourth person I walked by to acknowledge me. Then on Tuesday when I came, having just gotten out of work, dressed in a button down and slacks, the attitude seemed to have changed drastically. My only negative take away is the old "don't judge a book by its cover" montra. But honestly other than that, everyone was so helpful and willing to work with my budget to get me what I wanted. Walked away a very satisfied customer. More
