Great service, but the price.. ..is less than desirable. Went in for "90k mile service" after being quoted $4-500 during my last oil change. Service included air filter, belt, fuel ..is less than desirable. Went in for "90k mile service" after being quoted $4-500 during my last oil change. Service included air filter, belt, fuel system cleanse, oil change, and brake fluid. Price tag was almost $1000 including almost $700 for labor. These are all things I can do myself but for convenience have done at a mechanic. There is no way this service needed 6+ hours to complete and yet my vehicle was there from 8am to 5pm. More

Quick service, but not so quick loaner When we decided on a date to bring my car in Stateline told me I could have a loaner vehicle for the day and I would be covered. Thankfully I dropped my son off at school before bringing my car in because they told me a loaner would be out shortly, but after 15 minutes without notice, Enterprise was there to pick me up and bring me to Fall River for a rental which costed me an additional 40 minutes I didn’t plan for. I find stateline very reliable but I wish I could have been guaranteed a loaner or told ahead of time Enterprise would be involved so I can plan ahead. More
