Oil change Service staff was very professional and courteous. I was able to make an appointment the day before with ease. Also someone was there to help park and maneuver through the parking lot which is just a disaster full of cars. There is no where to park or move your vehicle. I don’t know any names if service staff who helped me during this visit. More

Too expensive and not upfront with cost I went to the dealership to get a key programmed for my ram. I went to service and they sent me to parts. I was told the key was $175.00 and they wo I went to the dealership to get a key programmed for my ram. I went to service and they sent me to parts. I was told the key was $175.00 and they would order it. I didn’t have an issuer with that even though I thought the price was high. I went the following day and picked up the key and the service desk said I needed it programmed. I went to the service desk and was told it was $80 to program the key. I was less than happy and wasn’t told there was a fee to program it. I expressed my displeasure and was told “I need to pay the technician.” I was left with no choice but to pay. If I was told this when I purchased it I would have went to a locksmith. Then when the programming took only 6 minutes I was even more frustrated. I feel ripped off and mislead. The reason for needing a key is because my factory key stopped working. I did all the manufacture recommendations including changing the battery. It felt like classic dealership service department rip off. More
Great experience for service on an old car My family's 14 yr old minivan needed its radiator replaced in a 24 hr turnaround due to a "no heat" condition. When I asked for a multipoint inspectio My family's 14 yr old minivan needed its radiator replaced in a 24 hr turnaround due to a "no heat" condition. When I asked for a multipoint inspection of the underbody after the new radiator was installed, it was done without any questions asked. The service advisor was pleased to confirm the car would be "road worthy" for continued use. I was very satisfied with the positive outcome for the minivan & the service experience. Martha C. More
