Was fine I am disappointed in the fact that rules have changed and can not come at any time to get an oil change, have to make an appointment. Sometimes hard t I am disappointed in the fact that rules have changed and can not come at any time to get an oil change, have to make an appointment. Sometimes hard to make appt. ahead of time like so far in advance when not knowing when will reach the 5000 miles, even calling a week advance many times use to try to come when schedule worked out. I understand to a point you need appt, because to many people may come all in same day, maybe take sign off above doors express for it is no longer express. Even though it was just oil change and change filters still there over 1 hr. Justin did best he could to work with me but maybe it would work to keep express service and maybe designate one or two bays just for express service that may work, More

You guys are lucky to have such a great employee. I trust what he tells me and he never tries to push service on me that might not be needed. In fact he always tries to find me coupons or discounts.
