I needed to go out of town for a funeral and Jeff Johnson who is the service rep I work with assured me that the brakes would be safe for the trip but I would need to bring the car in when I got back as the brakes were in the yellow warning area not critical. Jeff was very professional and he always talks to me with respect and explains everything. He has never treated me as if I didin't understand about cars because I was a woman. I would recommend State Line Nissan Service department to anyone. More

When approachin I recently had a safety recall repair done. This "repair" caused additional damage to the vehicle as it was not performed properly. When approaching the subject with the Service Manager, he was very rude and even threatening. Took nearly an hour with the General Manager to get anything worked out. State Line supposedly made a patch repair that would allow me to get the car home so I could take it too what I feel is a much more reputable service department. I also contacted 2 other Nissan dealerships (Lees Summit NIssan and Randy Reed Nissan) both of whom informed me that State Line had indeed completed the recall service incorrectly, not to Nissan standards and requirements, and thus was very likely the cause for the additional damage to the vehicle. I did take the car to a different repair shop the next morning with a Service Manager that I have known and trusted for years. Found out that the so called patch job that State Line did wasn't performed properly and could have caused even more damage had I decided to wait to take it in instead of when I did. Nearly 4 hours later, the car was put back together properly and is performing to expectations, I contacted Nissan Customer Care at their 1-800 number with my concerns. I was told they couldn't help me as this was a privately owned dealership and they had no authority to govern their actions. I will say that the sales department, especially Chad, was fantastic throughout the buying process and every time I have been back to the dealership he makes it a point to say hello and see how I am doing. Too bad the owners are not the least bit concerned with the service department and the quality of work they perform. I would not recommend going to this dealership for any service whether its an oil change or something as simple as putting air in the tires. Their mistakes cost me nearly $500, and I can only imaging how much damage they have done to other cars performing this same recall and/or other so called service repairs. State Line might considered taking ownership for their mistakes instead of passing the buck. It's a lot easier as consumers to forgive a mistake, but it's unfathomably to deal with outright lies, threatening behaviors and lack of respect. When it comes to a customer spending their hard earned dollars they really only expect something as simple as honesty and integrity in return. More

Brian Hoffmann ladies and gents. Service Consultant for Stateline Nissan. Friendly, informative. There's no reason to be afraid of the dealerships any more as long as he works there. Here's Why. Last Stateline Nissan. Friendly, informative. There's no reason to be afraid of the dealerships any more as long as he works there. Here's Why. Last week. Brought my car in for an oil change.. He noticed other things that needed to be done. Brian was very informative and did not talk to me like I was dump or use car terms that no one understands. I was not forced into having repairs done right away. We were able to set up time frames for repairs that I was comfortable with!! My faith with Nissan has been restored simply because some hiring manager there had enough foresight to bring Brian on board. I will continue to have my Murano repairs done there because Brian takes time to treat people like they matter... Like people. Go see him... Brian Hoffmann More
