Depends on the visit I've used this service center twice. My first experience was phenomenal. I worked with Jeff during this visit. Jeff explained my estimate line by line so I knew exactly where all charges were coming from. He also allowed me to see what was going on under the car when an issue was found recommended to be fixed. When I declined that service, he provided me with an estimate to have it fixed at a later date. My second experience was so-so. I worked with Justin this visit. Justin was quick to address my concerns, but did not provide any estimates for the services I stated were needed. When I inquired, he said he'd get one as soon as possible. Two hours go by; no estimate was provided and my car is done. I had asked for an estimate for the headlight to be replaced. It was done without an estimate being provided and cost $156!!! The light itself was about $25, but the labor was apparently $131!!!! When I asked how much time was charged for labor, he told me 2 hours. My car sat out in front of the service center for 30 minutes before keys were handed over to the service clerk. So, I was overcharged for labor and seemingly kept in the dark about the cost of services. Definitely not happy with my second visit to this location. More

dishonest and lack of integrity! my car was purchased brand new 1.5 years ago. was told to monitor battery in first few months of ownership, finally last week car died the day after r my car was purchased brand new 1.5 years ago. was told to monitor battery in first few months of ownership, finally last week car died the day after routine service. brought it back they wanted me to buy a new battery knowing i was in a hurry for work. battery was not covered despite the fact it was only a year and a half years old. they told me my air filter needs attention when it was supposed to have been replaced about a 3 months prior at State Line Nissan, their shop. top of my vehicle was starting to rust, and brought to their attention around 30k miles and was told not covered. driver seat is loose and squeeks since day one, and the clear bra they installed came loose due to air bubbles in the film. after, months of following up with them, they finally made attempt, but instead of removing the entire piece on the hood and bumper, they cut a small section out to replace and ended up cuuting into the paint. that has not been resolved. been getting the run around since. i have gone back to the their dealership multiple times (probably over 10 times) non of it were documented in their system. they don't document services or compaints as they should, the oil change indicator light came on about 1k earlier than the mielage sticker on the winshield, and this was from the same visit as the routine maintenance visit above, where air filter change was supposed to have been done , which made me question 'was my oil and air filter really done during that visit'. if i hadn't purchased the maintenance plan when i bought the car, then i would have stopped going back. More

Just because a car is at your store does not mean your customer should always adjust to your needs. More
