Tires-ordered and left the same day with Two New Tures! I called Jeff Johnson Jan 2, 2019 first thing in the morning to see if I could get two tires for my car which wasn’t planned. I don't believe the dealership rotated the tires or checked the air pressure. When I took the car into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, the readings were 30,31 on the drivers sid or checked the air pressure. When I took the car into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation, the readings were 30,31 on the drivers side and 31,29 on the passenger side based on the reading on the dash. I drove away and had the same readings. I drove back to make a complaint. They added air and then realized another mistake as the tires had nitrogen in them previously so the took another 30 minutes to put nitrogen in them. When I left the lot this time the reading were 34 for all tires based on the readings on the dash. I think my dash readings were proper before and after. My only conclusion is that they must not have done the work. I am very doubtful they even rotated the tires. My only proof is that the readings did not change before or after. How can you trust a dealership that cheats you on a tire rotation? More
