State Line Nissan - Service Center

Worst customer service I should have turned around when I was not met at my car by a writer. I finally went in and when I got to a service desk, the writer took a personal c I should have turned around when I was not met at my car by a writer. I finally went in and when I got to a service desk, the writer took a personal call on his cell phone and walked outside ignoring me. Then, I noticed that my car was complete and had been pulled around to the front. The window was left down. After waiting 30 minutes, I went back to the writer who did not acknowledge me. He would not even say he would be a few minutes. I finally got my car back 44 minutes after it was done and was not told how the jnspection went, etc. More

Incorrect quote, very late Was told an hour to hour and 15 for an oil change and tire rotation. Took over two hours. Then I watched the porter bring my keys to the cashier and still had to wait over 20 minutes for anyone to bring my paperwork. Then when I finally was getting my paper work the man helping me was bragging about how everyone was canceling appointments because of the inclement weather... yet my service took over two hours. Ever since this dealership was bought out it’s gone downhill. More
