I have gotten a new battery, starter, brake switch and fuel pump in the last 6 months. My car continued to leave me stranded after I got the battery. Then they said I needed a new starter. It only started fuel pump in the last 6 months. My car continued to leave me stranded after I got the battery. Then they said I needed a new starter. It only started working properly after I added the brake switch. My car only has 65,000 miles. Their estimates are always lower than the amount they end up charging for service. When I asked for reasoning for a new fuel pump they replied: It was the amount of gas I had in the car at the time. I will not be back. More

Service itself was fine. . But, I was very upset when I came back to pickup my vehicle and nobody knew where my keys were.. Later found them sitting right on the dashboard wit . But, I was very upset when I came back to pickup my vehicle and nobody knew where my keys were.. Later found them sitting right on the dashboard with my vehicle parked right by the front door.. That could have turned into a bad situation. Being I was not on site and I needed to pay for the service.. My keys should have been in a secure area. What if someone saw my vehicle sitting there with the keys right on the dash and decided to steal it.. I was very disappointed. If I would have been right there waiting on site I would have understood them leaving my keys, but I was home. More
