Need to get organized The purchase process took 4.5 hours. They had a computer glitch, and they apologized, but 4.5 hours was too much. We then had to wait for ten days to get a minor part in before we could get our car. However, the staff and management was very helpful, and they did everything they could to address the issues. If they get better organized, they would get a better rating. More

More service advisors need to be like Justin Charles Initially took my car in for an oil change. During the complimentary multipoint inspection it was discovered my left inner cv boot was torn and leakin Initially took my car in for an oil change. During the complimentary multipoint inspection it was discovered my left inner cv boot was torn and leaking - exact same cv boot that I had repaired earlier in the year. Jonny Grogan, the service advisor, said he will check on the part needed to fix the cv boot; if it's not in stock he will order it and call me when it's in. Almost two weeks after my oil change I haven't heard from Jonny so I called and left a message. I called again a day later - being Friday now - after still not hearing from him and was able to talk with him then. He said he will check on the part and that it may be on backorder and he will call me right back. Surprise, surprise I did not get a call back. I call again after the weekend - it being Monday now - and was able to talk with Justin Charles. Justin kept me on the phone while he checked to see if the part was available to repair the cv boot. But first we had to verify it was in fact the left inner cv boot that needed repaired since there were no notes about it in my file. Justin was able to get my car in, provide me with a loaner car, and get my car fixed all within 4 hours of speaking with him. If not for Justin's customer service I would not be giving the rating I am. All service advisors should follow his example. More
