Great Service from Sammy and Jeremy I spoke on the phone to Sammy about purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely helpful in my search, giving me a variety of options. When I did make it to the dealership, he was intent on getting me the best bang for my buck. I had an idea of the car that I wanted, and he was able to help me narrow it down to the one I ended up purchasing. Throughout the process, he was extremely friendly and listened to my concerns. Because he didn't want to keep me late, he let me drive the car home that night and I came back after work the next day to finish the paperwork. Jeremy was the finance manager and he was also very friendly and helpful. He addressed all the concerns I had and gave me the insight into what options worked best for me. All in all, they provided a best-in-class experience. More

Wont return or refer anyone Spent 4 hrs at your dealership to continue to play games with the sales guy. Tried to leave multiple times and he would come back with a better deal. I told the the guy what I was willing to spend, he tells me what I want to hear so I'd stay. I fill out all the paper work and they come back with a number higher then what I was told, so I threatened to leave and the number all of the sudden goes down to what I need. It was an overall bad experience. If I could go back I wouldn't step foot in your dealership nor will I bring my car back there for anything. I've been waiting on the rest of my paper work for 3 weeks. Still havent heard from you guys, so I call to find out that you guys have had my paper work ready. Appreciate the phone call for that! You guys are on top of your game! Enjoy the sale because it's the last one from me or anyone I know. More

Very frustrating My fan was making a noise. I was told by Jack that they couldn’t hear anything. I was surprised bc the sound was sooo obvious. I had to ask for a favo My fan was making a noise. To my dismay I switched on the fan and the sound was still there. I asked Jeff to come and listen and he could hear it too. Had to give the car again for repair. I was called later saying that they found debri and cleaned it up. I came back to pick up the car and paid $75 and guess what.....when I started the car, the sound was still there. Very unprofessional and disappointing . Least they could have done was refund my $75 More

Don’t Care When Warrantied I visited this service department on several occasions for the same problem. I failed to check while in lot to ensure resolution. Service manager and I visited this service department on several occasions for the same problem. I failed to check while in lot to ensure resolution. Service manager and provider dealing with my case falsified case in stating my car had been fixed with no warning light. The dash panel screen was toggled off of warning and headlights switched to off position I. Order to bypass warning light. One of the suggested fixes for issue, “wait until we get a vehicle same make/model to switch headlight assembly” “ the labor on an issue this complicated is too much” I will drive out of state, which is where my car is being fixed currently before I will return to Stateline Nissan. More
