Car would not start, had to have my road service come jump t The only complaint I might have is, there was probably 30 or more minutes between when I saw my car sitting outside - repaired, and getting the invo The only complaint I might have is, there was probably 30 or more minutes between when I saw my car sitting outside - repaired, and getting the invoice of the fees, no one came in to tell me it was finished, I just happened to see it outside, I went out to the shop to ask about it, they said the invoice had to be made up, even after I waited another 15 or 20 minutes, I went out to ask AGAIN! It was another little while before they finally came in with the bill. So that was pretty annoying. But I do appreciate that the problem seems to be fixed, so thanks for that, also everyone was very courteous. More

Lacking customer service I received my car back only after I asked several times if it was ready since it was sitting outside. When I got inside my car it was muddy and dirty I received my car back only after I asked several times if it was ready since it was sitting outside. When I got inside my car it was muddy and dirty due to not using a protection mat for the interior. I complained and while the Service Manager did offer to clean, did not apologize. I was brought the wrong paperwork. The list goes on and on. I’ve been using state line Nissan for about 20+++ years and this was the worst service I have received by far. Disappointed for sure. More
