The wife and I was in the market for a new automobile. We had looked at other companies. As we left our hometown and traveled east, we finally ended up in Kansas City. As we checked out the various bra We had looked at other companies. As we left our hometown and traveled east, we finally ended up in Kansas City. As we checked out the various brands, we came upon State Line Nissan. We pretty much know what we wanted so we went right to the type of vehicle we wanted. As we strolled down the line looking at the Rogues, Mike came up to us and introduced himself and ask if we needed any help. As I like to just look and think before I get the "sale's pitch" I said, "No." He replied, "Okay, I'm here if you need or have any questions." and stepped away. As we looked, we zeroed in on our SUV. As I motioned to Mike to come over and we started to get some information about the Rogue. To make a long story short, Mike Taylay was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even stayed a little late on a Saturday night to make sure we were happy with our new purchase. Purchasing the Nissan Rogue was very easy almost too easy. Jeremy Waple was a very down to earth person to work with. He made sure we were happy with our purchase. He did not push any "up sales" (like some places do) but we did purchase the extended warranty because we felt it may be better down the road if we ever have any issues with our new Rogue. We looked at the options and Jeremy showed us each one as we talked about them. I will say though, through no fault to Jeremy or State Line Nissan, that some of the paperwork seemed to repeat itself as it had to go to different people/companies and each program did not talk to the other...modern technology, can be a killer sometimes. Overall, I'm very pleased with Mike and Jeremy of State Line Nissan and I have already told several people about the great deal that I received there. And I don't say this often...I will be back. More
