I live in a big city, so I was surprised to find that the dealership options were less than ideal. I'm glad that I expanded my search out-of-state and gave State Line Nissan a try. Floyd Crowley is a fantastic dealer; he was unfailingly honest and helpful from our first conversation. When I requested photos to confirm the features described in a listing (having been burned by this at local dealerships, and wanting to be doubly sure for a remote purchase), Floyd was more than accommodating. He also called to update me when the car arrived, ensured that I got the agreed-upon listing price, and even had my car detailed *twice* before it was picked up. He definitely went beyond basic obligation, and as a first-time purchaser, I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. On the finance side, Jeremy Waple was also patient with my questions and double-checking, responsive as I worked to finalize things on my end, and prompt (he overnighted all of my paperwork, and even included a return overnight envelope - all at no cost to me). If you're serious about getting a car from State Line Nissan, you'll be lucky to work with Floyd Crowley and Jeremy Waple. More
