GM, Jason Gordon & Salesman, Mike Tolbert Jason Gordon was referred to me by a co-worker 8 years ago. I purchased my 1st new Nissan with Jason in July, 2011. There is a very distinct reason Jason Gordon was referred to me by a co-worker 8 years ago. I purchased my 1st new Nissan with Jason in July, 2011. There is a very distinct reason why, 8 years later, I am on my 5th trade/upgrade. The same reason why 9 of the 11 friends/family members I have referred over the years, made purchases. The reason is due to EXCEPTIONAL TREATMENT! It's one thing to receive exceptional service, but with Jason, it's the way you are treated. On 4/1/19, I purchased my 4th new Murano with the assistance of Salesman, Mike Tolbert. My experience with Mike goes back several years as well. Again, due to exceptional treatment. Didn't treat me like a quality customer after vehicle purcha I've been back and forth to the dealership while only having the vehicle purchased for a week. They haven't offered to fill my tank from the constant I've been back and forth to the dealership while only having the vehicle purchased for a week. They haven't offered to fill my tank from the constant inconvience of replacing parts. I was there today and STILL have to go back next week. It's like once the deal is done and paperwork is signed....... YOUR INVISIBLE! They even offered to GLUE an electrical piece to the panel seat.... HOW DO YOU GLUE A PIECE IN WITH ELECTRICAL PARTS TO IT IS BEYOND ME!! They sold me a vehicle with missing parts, both key fobes are at low battery, my car was to be buffed out from scratches that were there and didn't bother to wash the vehicle to ensure the scratches were gone and there's STILL scratches that I specifically complained about that are there. I'm very disgruntle about the poor service, lack of concern and appreciation of a proud owner of a Nissan. More
