When we found the car online we were both too busy with work to make it out there to check it out. I reached out to them and Samir was able to get clearance from his manager to bring the car out to Lee's Summit so that we could test drive it on a short break from work. The next day we were in St Joe MO for a work event and didn't think we could get to the dealer. Samir was very nice and made it very clear that they would do whatever it takes to get us the new car, he even joked saying he was going to hide the car for us. When we were finally able to make it to the dealership an employee was out to meet us within seconds, we let him know that we were there to see Samir. Samir was with another potential customer but he put us in touch with Sammy. Sammy was just as nice as Samir and was able to get us exactly to the price we wanted with our trade in. Once the price had been finalized he took us straight to Jeremy in the business office. He wasn't too pushy on the warranty even though I understand that his is responsibility to make us aware of, warranties work for some people but we weren't interested so he just moved on and finalized all the paperwork in a timely manner. While all of this was going on Sammy also took the car to the detail center to get a good cleaning done for us. Also the car we purchased does not have a front license plate bracket which is required in the state of Missouri, Sammy let me know that he didn't feel comfortable putting one on a non-Nissan car(totally understandable) but he did say that if the Land Rover dealer charges us to install the bracket that we can bring the receipt to State Line Nissan and they will reimburse us for the installation. Everyone from start to finish was nice, professional and courteous. When we are ready to trade in my car I will definitely look at this dealership first. More

Texted him later that day to see how late he'd be available (8 p.m.) and asked to come in and talk more about the Leaf. Ended up Samer stayed much later working up an excellent deal for me, and keeping all his promises. The General Manager and finance department were very cooperative and friendly. Best of all, everyone tolerated, smiled, and offered snacks and drinks to my two noisy young grandkids, Samer was exceptional and has an eye for detail, and an appetite to answer all my questions thoroughly, that made my purchase experience great! He took me to my car buying happy place! This is a very trustworthy dealership, including everyone who worked with me. Kudos to Samer and Ed! More

I went to a nearby dealership looking for a deal but they were unwilling to meet me half way. I walked into Stateline Nissan and was greeted by Sam. He not only found the perfect used truck in my price range but worked with his manger to get it down a little lower. He ensured all the features were equipped, answered all my questions, was 100% honest and fair! Topped the deal off with some all weather mats!
