My wife and I were very impressed with the customer service. laid back dealership I just purchased a car for the 4th time from State Line Nissan. Everyone there is so laid back, no pressure to buy at all. They never try to sell you something you don't want. My car wasn't ready when I paid for it so I was given a loaner to drive for a week until the car came in. I wasn't happy with the trade in price so I sold the old car myself for $1000 more than they offered. I was very happy with the cash price of the 2019 Altima. the only problem was with getting the title. I asked it to be sent to my office but they sent it to my home certified mail. it took a week to get to me and then I had to make a trip to the post office to sign for it. They should have couriered it to my office by hand. More

The warranty salesman was absolutely wonderful and kind of wish he would have sold us our car. We chose to pay a mechanic to inspect the car before we purchased. Several things came back as needing to be replaced and I still believe that we should have been reimbursed for the mechanic inspection since things did not turn out very well. I had good and bad experiences throughout the process, however, the service department was decent. I love my car but I probably would not purchase from this dealership again. More
