Car shopping... stressful but today... not even I hate car shopping cause they never want to get the car you seen online but today... that did not happen. We pulled up & got greeted at the stairs. S I hate car shopping cause they never want to get the car you seen online but today... that did not happen. We pulled up & got greeted at the stairs. Samer pulled the car I was looking at to the front & immediately test drove it. I didn't like it too much & Samer worked his magic with seeing what we can get. He pulled another vehicle up & asked me if I liked it. It hit all my points & it was even black. He put it through & I was approved. As we waited my husband showed me another car which I started to like but wasn't able to get it. Samer seen I was upset and cheered me up by letting me know it's nit even AWD. He was awesome for me & my family!! Samer made my car buying experience better then the one I had a year ago with my husband's truck. He got me everything I needed and wanted. I forgot to ask for GAP in the price & he said I already put it in. Just wonderful how he was always a step ahead of us. The finance lady Kari got our paperwork & we signed & was out of her office in 5 mins. She had crazy, cool pens to make our signing of the car experience relaxing. She had candy & was really nice. She even made sure we had all the information needed before leaving off the lot this evening. Great job!!! More

Very friendly staff. They seemed to address all my concerns. I like my car but wished I had test driven a few others to do a better comparison. I really wasn't offered that opportunity at this dealership althoug I like my car but wished I had test driven a few others to do a better comparison. I really wasn't offered that opportunity at this dealership although the salesman did a price comparison for my price limit and the car I purchased seemed to be the best fit. I ended up with the standard package of the vehicle when I'm used to having a few more comfort items. I may have upgraded had I realized it was the basic model. Otherwise, no worries or complaints. The car seems to drive nicely and I'm looking forward to planning trips and saving gas in the process. More
