Once the sale was made he walked me through each of the steps necessary to quickly and efficiently finalize the sale. He then proceeded to go over all of the cars’ features, explaining patiently how each function worked, even connecting his own phone to show me the Apple play features. Ben’s a follow up call after the sale confirmed his genuine interest in my satisfaction, leaving me with a very positive impression. Kari, also made everything easy. I didn’t have my registration paperwork with me so she took the extra steps to ensure she could get the proper paperwork after the sale, allowing me to drive away in my new vehicle. From the moment we met, I felt like he would treat me fairly and he did not disappoint. Whenever I've had to go back and Ibrahim sees me, he never hesitates to recognize me and calls me by my name. I do not know if he likes it, but he always tolerates me hugging him (and I am not a hugger) because I am happy to see him.
