He also confirmed I just needed batteries in my key fobs and talked through my service needs. He is always great to work with, and I trust him to not try to sell me services I do not need. I believe Christopher Pointe completed the service (I'm horrible remembering names, but that's the name on my receipt.) Super positive, pleasant person. The woman who processed my payment was also friendly but completed the transaction quickly. The work was complete in about 70 minutes vs. the 90 minutes I was told on the phone, and it was a very busy day in the service center. So far, all is working as expected. Really appreciate it! More
