Frustrating Purchased a car from salesman Floyd. It was a very frustrating experience. When they washed the car to give to us they forgot to put floor mats back Purchased a car from salesman Floyd. Paperwork/Title was not completed and ready for me to pick up until 3 days before my 30 day tag expired. When I brought that to their attention the girl kinda laughed and was like sorry guess you’ll have to miss work. Overall not a good experience. More
