Mike was awesome...I talked with him earlier in the day and when I got there in the eve, he saw us pulling in and greeted us at our car and already had the car we wanted to see warming up and ready. Beyond that, the financing process felt transparent and honest (both times) where it felt like they had our interests at heart and wanted to put us in the best situation.
