We highly discourage using this dealership. After driving 5 hours, we discovered the deal we had agreed upon before arriving was a lie. We were beyond disappointed w/Beth and her lack of professionalism. We 5 hours, we discovered the deal we had agreed upon before arriving was a lie. We were beyond disappointed w/Beth and her lack of professionalism. We were told that all of our paperwork was completed all we had to do was “sign and drive”. That statement was a complete joke! The paperwork wasn’t even started, what should’ve taken just a few minutes took 2 hours. The sales manager came in angrily and started saying “We don’t have a deal, you misunderstood.” I have a degree I finance and I can hear just fine, we knew what we was told in the showroom and it was the same thing that we’d heard on the phone. He finally gave us more for our trade-in but nothing like we were promised before our trip. We have never been more discouraged while purchasing a new vehicle. The only person that knew what to do and was cordial w/us was Jeremy in financing. Rather than him, this place is not worth the time or $ spent dealing w/car sales. More
