We highly discourage using this dealership. After driving 5 hours, we discovered the deal we had agreed upon before arriving was a lie. We were beyond disappointed w/Beth and her lack of professionalism. We were told that all of our paperwork was completed all we had to do was “sign and drive”. That statement was a complete joke! The paperwork wasn’t even started, what should’ve taken just a few minutes took 2 hours. The sales manager came in angrily and started saying “We don’t have a deal, you misunderstood.” I have a degree I finance and I can hear just fine, we knew what we was told in the showroom and it was the same thing that we’d heard on the phone. He finally gave us more for our trade-in but nothing like we were promised before our trip. We have never been more discouraged while purchasing a new vehicle. The only person that knew what to do and was cordial w/us was Jeremy in financing. Rather than him, this place is not worth the time or $ spent dealing w/car sales. More

I came into the dealership on a Saturday wanting to buy a vehicle from them that I had found online. I had already projected my figures at home. They had a sale saying 0% interest and deferred payments for 5 vehicle from them that I had found online. I had already projected my figures at home. They had a sale saying 0% interest and deferred payments for 5 months. They told me the trade price and gave me a bunch of payment predictions based on my credit score I said it says 0% interest so you should no my exact payment. They told me it was 1.9% but even if that were the case why couldn’t they tell me an exact payment?? I was so frustrated I left! I had found the car on car gurus and Tuesday was sent an email that the same car I had looked at on Saturday’s price had dropped $5000! I immediately called the dealership and asked about it. They acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about.! I gave them the price I was willing to pay and said I was not going to drive over an hour to be told they wouldn’t sell to me at this price. They assured me this would be the price so I drove up. Once I got into the finance department she ran my credit it was 820!! But wanted to give me 4.9% interest?!! I said no it says 0% she said I could either take 0 or the rebates not both. Even if that were the case my score being so high should get me a low interest rate on a browns new car! She said no but she would buy it down a point! Like she was doing me a favor. Then proceeds to try and sell me extended warranty’s I said over and over no she’s telling me I really need this certain one because nissans are known for having issues with it. It was $1000 but she would give it to me for $750 she figured my payment and it was still higher than I wanted. I said I needed it to be under $300 which it would be without the extended warranty and with a lower payment. She refused to even tell me what my payment would be if she took the warranty off. She punched on her computer and made the payment 299 acting like she had just done magic. I wanted the car I was so frustrated I just wanted to be done. I felt like I was being totally taken advantage of because I’m a female! I signed the paperwork and left. When I got home I opened the paperwork and saw she had lowered the payment by adding months to the term of the loan! Not even telling me about it!!!! I have been furious ever since! I have bought many cars I have excellent credit this is the first car I have purchased after my divorce. I was a little emotional that day. I absolutely love my new car but will never ever go there again or tell anyone else too! I feel like I could have gotten a great deal but instead I have a warranty I didn’t want an interest rate that is too high with my excellent credit score and I’m paying 3 more months than I had planned or was told about!! I got only 1 key faub because they couldn’t find the other one supposedly and I’m just all around mad about my experience!!!!! More
