The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because (1) the vehicle did not get detailed as it was supposed to be while we were finishing the deal, and (2) the gas tank was not full when I left. 4 stars is not an accurate description of my experience (although that option should be available)...more like 4.5. In all, it was still the best experience I've had with a car dealership. More

Both were very professional, considerate, reasonable, and customer oriented throughout the negotiations, valuations of my trade ins, accurate representation of the 2024 Nissan Armada we purchased and ultimately the courtesy and convenience of the delivery and document signing to conclude the Armada purchase and the transfer of two titles from my trade in vehicles to Stare Line Nissan. We have always found the sales and service capacity at State Line Nissan exemplary in every detail. Dating back to early 2009 when we purchased our first Nissan Titan from the dealership and serviced it there, continuously since. We still own and prize the Titan which today has 79,000 mikes and runs as well as it did in early 2009. Anyone interested in a Nissan vehicle would be wise to invest the time to invite State Line Nissan to meet their needs. More

I have gotten a new battery, starter, brake switch and fuel pump in the last 6 months. My car continued to leave me stranded after I got the battery. Then they said I needed a new starter. It only started fuel pump in the last 6 months. My car continued to leave me stranded after I got the battery. Then they said I needed a new starter. It only started working properly after I added the brake switch. My car only has 65,000 miles. Their estimates are always lower than the amount they end up charging for service. When I asked for reasoning for a new fuel pump they replied: It was the amount of gas I had in the car at the time. I will not be back. More
