Bought a 2020 Murano and love the car but it didn't come with a front license plate bracket. Dealer said it was in the back but it wasn't. They instructed me to go to my local Nissan dealer, buy one, and with a front license plate bracket. Dealer said it was in the back but it wasn't. They instructed me to go to my local Nissan dealer, buy one, and send them the invoice which I did. I've followed up on it twice now and still no reimbursement check for it two months later. It's only $50 but still, it's the principle. Not professional and I will not go back for my next vehicle. More
